In my digital story telling class, our final project was to create a 3 minute mini documentary. This documentary needed to include principles we had learned in class like using proper exposure, the rule of thirds, and correct interview framing. We were encouraged to use a five shot framing sequence of wide, medium, close up, close up, close up. Our documentaries also needed to have a voice over, interview, and natural sound.
My video is about my family recipes and why they are important to my family. I also created a movie poster as part of the assignment.
This project gave me a little bit of experience creating a film using Premier Pro. I also used Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create the movie poster.
