SUPERVISOR TRAINING COURSES

I created 7 courses that were presented to supervisors at the BYU Office of Information Technology. These courses covered topics like legal issues, tools training, supervisor basics, and emotional intelligence. After creating each course, I then met with the HR manager to review the slides and make sure they were ready for presentation.

I coordinated with a UX Designer to create an invitation for the training, and I scheduled the training sessions. I also wrote a written version of the training to be distributed along with the PowerPoint. Then after the first round of training was over I analyzed survey data to improve the content for the next time the training is given.

The skills that I demonstrated in this project were technical writing, research, collaboration, and Microsoft PowerPoint.

Below are sample slides from the 7 different courses.
