CLARITY & POLITENESS EMPIRICAL PAPER

I wrote this paper to editors who are looking for ways to improve their comments to authors. It is important for editors to maintain a balance between being polite and being clear. This paper was also an assignment in my copyediting basics class. We were instructed to conduct a survey and summarize our findings.
